A Complete Overview of Policies and Guidelines

• The company strives to provide the best services to all its customers. We assign the best subject-matter expert when you ask for help. However, in case a specialist is not available, we do the next project free of cost. GoEssayWriter makes sure you get what you pay for.
• We allow you to cancel your order at any time. However, there are a few things to remember before you do so. We accept cancellation only if the writer is not assigned. Further, you have to place another order within the same price range. Please understand our writers get to work as soon as you place an order. So, if you decide to cancel your order after we assign a writer, you will have to pay a penalty as compensation.
• You must ensure that all the necessary details are shared in the order form when you place an order. It will make things easy and help us complete and deliver the work on time.
• The company works to deliver all orders within the mentioned deadline. However, in case we miss the deadline, we will do everything in our power to amend the situation. In such a scenario, we allow you to request for better quality to ensure that your grades are not affected by missed deadlines.
• In case you have placed a duplicate order, inform us immediately with the payment receipts. We will review the same and refund any extra amount you have paid by mistake.
• In case we have issued two invoices for the same order, notify us without wasting a second. Share both the receipts with us and we will initiate a full refund for the extra charges.
• If you complain about the originality of the solution we provided, please share a report along with the claim. We will initiate a refund if there is enough evidence against your claims.
• The company puts all efforts to ensure all the customers are completely satisfied. You can request for reworks until you are fully satisfied with the solution. But you have to ask for the same within 31 days from the day you placed the order. Our writers will not accept requests for reworks after a month of placing an order. Also, you cannot request a refund after the said time.
• The company cannot be held responsible for your academic results. In case your essay fails to impress your professor and fetch good grades, you can ask for a half refund. We will transfer the amount to your account wallet. However, you need to make sure to ask for a refund within a month of getting your results. Post which no requests will be accepted. 
• We reserve the right to reject refund requests if those don’t fall under any of the categories mentioned here.
